Clean room

a bit cramped. the living room is not spacious like the pictures

Nothing, tried to save money and stay somewhere cheap like this place, 0/10, this place should be taken off booking sites, it is seriously that bad, the hotel itself is inaccessible as anything, down the bottom of a windy driveway on a hill, they charge you a large deposit in cash only, these people are scammers and don't deserve the business, read below as we had a horror stay at this place, worst place I have ever been, including hostels and camping...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Everything was DIRTY AND UNCLEANED, there was BLOOD in the bed blanket, but HIDDEN on the inside of it, instead of cleaning, they hide it, we noticed it at the night around 8pm, staff were there but refused to replace the blanket, told us that even though there are staff there 24 hours housekeeping was closed, we told them to give us a fresh clean blanket, it wasn't us that dirtied the blanket with the blood on it, they kept refusing to help, even tried to say the DIRTY OLD DRIED UP BLOOD was somehow from my wife, just so EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional, unhelpful, we will never stay here again, they also have false advertising and they charged us a 3000 BAHT DEPOSIT! for a 3 night stay, pretty sure that it is illegal when it's not disclosed beforehand, and an outrageous amount. The walls had large patches of BLACK MOULD on them, dirty and unsafe, very poorly maintained rooms and it shows, the manager is also very rude and unhelpful, We travelled with our family and their rooms also had large patches (20cm across) of black mould and had dirt and blood on blankets as well, I really am concerned about who stays here as it seems like this place is a haven for people who have been stabbed, so much blood, it is ridiculous. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND WE WARN OTHERS NOT TO!

On the 2nd day, my girlfriend pulled 12 bedbugs out of herself in the morning. The pool is small with terrible chlorine, it is practically not cleaned, you swim as if in snot - your eyes are watering. The front desk staff is terrible - they lie all the time. you will not be given a second key. there is no restaurant at all, there is no one at the reception after 21 and it is simply closed until 8 am. This is not 4 stars, maximum one. After all these adventures, I decided to check out earlier, as it was impossible to live, but the hotel managers decided to appropriate the money for themselves. Are you ready for an unpleasant unforgettable journey?

We enjoyed the pool. Rooms were nice.

No restaurant on-site. Didn't clean room during our stay. TV does not work No complimentary shuttle as stated on the description. Barely any hot water. Definately not a 4 star hotel.

location is poor it is approximately 5,5 km from Aonang beach however during our stay rhe hotel launched a shuttle service. so for free of charge once per hour there is a shuttle in a brand new suzuki van. so the only negative location thing can be easily forgotten. what would be a big plus if therw would be a bar during night

Hotel was immaculate, great pool & food.

The shuttle bus that brings you into the town only goes every hour & stops running at 9pm which is very early.

The little gymnasium by the pool needs to be cleaned up better and more regular,if sanitising sprays and paper towels are left in the gym,gym users will undoubtedly do this for themselves after using equipment but the floor in the building needs to cleaned and mopped at the end of every day which currently it is not

The staff were very friendly and attentive. Although some of their English was not very good we managed and were easily able to arrange transport, hire a scooter etc. The pool is very nice but could do with some extra shading. The breakfast area needs some fans.

The room was nice and big, it also had a lot of storage room. The pool was amazing and the little fitness center next to it was perfect. The staff is very friendly and always smiling.

First off when we got to the room we noticed a lot of ants everywhere in the kitchen and next to the bed. The AC in our room was blowing out warm air instead of cold, and our shower only had one setting for the temperature which was boiling hot. Got that fixed at the front desk. The buffet which was included in our rate didn’t offer much vegetarian choices (but that’s obviously not a problem for everyone). Our room keys worked probably 20% of the time. The kitchen needs a little bit more equipment. There’s only a kettle and a microwave. The staff don’t speak enough English.. it was really hard to communicate with them. Although super friendly, the staff there take a tendency to stare at the guests while they’re eating or while they go about their business. Made us a little uncomfortable. Since it’s a new hotel I know there’s a lot of room for emportement and I’m sure it will only get better over the years!

There were ants ALL over in my room. We stayed on the 3rd floor in room 25.

Nice place, comfortable bed, nice pool, nice view from the 6th floor. The personal don't speak well English but they have the basic needed and always with a smile.

It's fare from everything need to book a scooter but avoid the one propose from the hotel, we had really damage scooters. Can do a bit better for the breakfast.

The in room food service was good, especially for the price. There are also motorcycle rentals, laundry service and in room massage that are all very convenient. The pool was warm, clean and picturesque. Room service did a great job keeping everything clean and the front desk was very friendly.

The staff had a hard time communicating in English but they did try very hard to make the stay pleasant. The reports of a sewage smell are valid. As I was checking in another patron came in and asked to be moved to another room because of the smell. I only smelled it a couple times so I just kept the air circulating and was fine. The bed was pretty uncomfortable, the pillows are huge and prop your head up to a crazy angle so I used a rolled up towel instead. The location was ok. There is a large vacant lot next to the hotel where trash seems to accumulate. The walk to the beach isn't very far but in the heat it's a difficult trek and no pedestrian walkway so you're walking in the (sometimes very dark) street. No convenient stores around, restaurants are hit or miss.
